Oliver Ferguson is Trail Group’s Compliance Surveyor for Passive Fire Safety.
Oliver joined the compliance team in our Fire Protection Division with over 16 years’ experience in roofing.
Working primarily in the social housing and private rental sectors, Oliver helps our housing association, local authority and residential landlord customers to ensure fire doors and fire compartmentation in their properties are installed and maintained in compliance with the latest building safety legislation.
As part of his role and at the start of each project, Oliver reviews the fire risk assessment and surveys the property. On completion, he carries out thorough compliance checks before issuing certifications to the customer.
Oliver had previously worked on a Trail Group construction project in Ealing in 2015 and joined us in a fire safety compliance role in 2024.
Outside of work he enjoys fitness.
