Trail Group is an approved supplier on the Homes England Interim Measures Alarm Fund (IMAF) Supplier Panel, supporting eligible residential buildings across England with the delivery of interim fire alarm systems.
For buildings where fire safety risks have resulted in the need for additional interim measures, IMAF provides funding towards the installation of common fire alarm systems while longer-term remediation works progress.

Supporting safer buildings while longer-term remediation takes place
The Interim Measures Alarm Fund (IMAF) is a government-funded scheme managed and delivered by Homes England.
The fund provides support for the installation of interim fire alarm systems in eligible residential buildings where additional fire safety measures, including waking watch, are required.
The aim is to:
- Improve resident safety while longer-term remediation is undertaken
- Reduce reliance on waking watch and other manual interim measures
- Support appropriate simultaneous evacuation strategies
- Reduce the financial burden associated with interim fire safety measures
- Help building owners and housing providers put effective fire alarm systems in place while permanent solutions are progressed
TRAIL GROUP & IMAF
An approved supplier with experience delivering rapid-deployment fire alarm systems. Trail Group has been appointed to the Homes England IMAF Supplier Panel, allowing eligible organisations to appoint us to deliver government-funded interim fire alarm systems.
We already have experience delivering rapid-deployment interim fire alarm systems, working with clients to provide additional protection for residents while longer-term remediation programmes are developed or completed.

Our support doesn’t stop when the system is commissioned. We provide ongoing technical assistance, together with a five-year extended warranty.
